Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an Environmental Department Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and staff. You will own the department's performance, drive growth, ensure safety and quality, and align with corporate strategy.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client engagements, while mentoring future leaders and upholding ECS core values across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 years of related experience with a degree, or 10 years without a degree.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license if driving for ECS subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, Project Managers, technicians, and staff.
• Own performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
• Drive department growth and client satisfaction while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and monitor KPIs for optimization.
• Oversee client relationships, business development, and proposal activities.
