Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Geology, Engineering, Natural Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience leading environmental projects and teams in a consulting, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of environmental professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety.
  • Manage department staffing, workload forecasting, resource allocation, and overall team performance.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgets, utilization, revenue goals, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and proposal efforts.
  • Manage environmental projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations are met.
  • Serve as a senior technical advisor on environmental permitting, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to support project approvals and compliance requirements.
