Job summary

Haley & Aldrich seeks a Project Chemist/Data Validator to support site assessment and remediation projects through rigorous data validation of soil, water, and air laboratory results. The role requires independent work on multiple projects and collaboration with nationwide teams.

We expect a BS/BA in a relevant field and 4+ years of environmental data validation experience, with strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of environmental data validation experience.
• Experience with data acquisition, instrument reporting, and LIMS or EQuIS.
• Knowledge of Federal and state environmental regulatory requirements.
• Proficient technical writing, verbal communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientist/chemist to support project data validation work.
• Ensure compliance with technical and QA requirements.
• Write or review Quality Assurance Project Plans.
• Provide guidance on how to leverage data for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with teams across US offices on project needs.
