Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks an Environmental Program Support Technician in Panama City to manage environmental data workflows and support compliance activities.

You will upload data, collect field information, and maintain databases, while assisting in SOP development and inspections. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential for cross-team collaboration on environmental projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience using database systems and electronic media for data entry, revision, tracking, and storage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Upload data and forms into databases, Microsoft TEAMS, and SharePoint.
• Collect field data, analyze the results, and create or update associated databases.
• Maintain current and accurate information in environmental databases.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and revision of Environmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
• Provide support for environmental inspections, including assistance in conducting inspections and tracking the outcomes.
• Track action items related to environmental planning and oversight of acquisition infrastructure support projects.
• Monitor corrective actions and resolution of findings identified in internal and external environmental program self-assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to share information and support environmental program activities.
• Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to ensure seamless coordination and documentation.
