Job summary

Hydro is seeking a data-focused Environmental Analyst in Rosemont, IL. The role collects and aggregates environmental data, validates accuracy, and supports sustainability reporting across ENERGY, water, and waste metrics.

You will partner with engineers to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for audits, compliance, and improvement initiatives, with up to 50% travel. Fluency in English is required and 3–5 years of environmental experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in the environmental field.
• Experience with best practices and technologies that drive reduction in waste streams and natural resource consumption.
• Experience with applicable federal and state environmental regulations.
• Experience with environmental sustainability and compliance, and applicable federal and state environmental regulations.
• Working knowledge of sustainability reporting, carbon footprint calculations, energy consumption, greenhouse gas reporting, waste stream segregation, waste minimization.

Responsibilities

• Interface with other workgroups to collect and aggregate environmental and sustainability data for updates to ENA location EPDs.
• Analyze data and compile reports; assist engineers in interpreting data for environmental assessments and audits.
• Respond to ENA customer environmental inquiries and surveys related to sustainability and compliance, including REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, TSCA, CBAM, EcoVadis.
