Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Environmental Coordinator/Data Manager to support a government contract based in Jacksonville, Florida at Mayport. The role focuses on ensuring contract requirements are met, maintaining data in CMMS/Maximo, and providing timely environmental information to the customer.

You will work with the Environmental Manager to collect, organize, and track data on tank monitoring, SPCC, ozone-depleting substances, storm water, wastewater, and related compliance areas, while liaising

Qualifications

• Familiar with federal/state environmental regulations.
• Experience managing environmental compliance tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization; US citizenship required for credentials at this location.

Responsibilities

• Assist Environmental Manager on environmental issues for MBOS contract.
• Collect and capture data for tank monitoring, SPCC, ozone-depleting substances, and water/wastewater compliance.
• Maintain data and documents in CMMS/Maximo and SharePoint; retrieve files as needed.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables for review and quality control.
