Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to shape analytics across environmental services. You will work with the firm’s digital teams and marketing to tailor analytics solutions for client projects and contribute to a growing team of practitioners.

You will evaluate technologies, guide IP/R&D, and collaborate with local and international teams to expand capabilities and maintain industry leadership in environmental analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Travel frequency is contingent on workload and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDM Smith’s Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms across environmental applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver environmental solutions to clients.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investment.
• Manage IP and R&D investments and align with firm processes for IP protection and digital investment.
• Grow environmental data analytics practitioners and expand capabilities in environmental services.
