Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance our analytics capabilities across multiple technical practice areas. You will work with digital teams and support marketing and business development for environmental analytics solutions.

You will build and lead a team of practitioners, evaluate analytics technologies, manage IP/R&D investments, and collaborate with engineers, scientists, and SMEs to deliver innovative client solutions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by project.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental data analytics initiatives across multiple practice areas.
• Collaborate with digital teams and marketing/business development.
• Develop processes for evaluating ideas and potential innovation investments.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver client solutions.
• Identify and pursue IP protection opportunities.
