Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to guide analytics across environmental services. You will work with CDM Smith’s Digital teams and support marketing and business development while building a high-performing team.

Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, lead IP initiatives, and drive innovative analytics tools to keep CDM Smith at the forefront of environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience preferred.
• PE license or professional registration (preferred).
• Experience in environmental data analytics and IP/R&D management beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams and digital subsidiaries on technical delivery of analytics solutions.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams across local, national, and international groups.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for innovation investments and IP protection.
