Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader who will drive analytics capabilities across environmental services, collaborate with digital teams, and support marketing and business development initiatives.

You will lead a team of engineers, scientists, and technical staff, evaluate technologies, manage IP and R&D investments, and build relationships across local and international groups to keep CDM Smith at the forefront of environmental data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms across environmental data for various applications.
Collaborate with sales teams and with CDM Smith’s digital subsidiary on technical delivery of analytics solutions.
Work with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments.
Manage IP and R&D investments and align with firm processes for protection and digital investment.
Grow environmental data analytics practitioners to deliver services for diverse clients.
