Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to expand capabilities in environmental services. You will work with digital teams and SMEs to evaluate analytics platforms, drive innovation, and guide IP and R&D investments.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary group of engineers, scientists, and analysts across local and international teams to deliver client-focused environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Domestic and international travel may be required; travel frequency varies.
• Strong background in environmental data analytics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate available data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Collaborate with sales, digital teams, and Trinnex on technical delivery.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners.
• Identify conferences and groups to enhance technical visibility.
• Track opportunities and client relationships for analytics services.
• Manage IP and guide potential R&D investments.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver environmental solutions.
