Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will collaborate with digital teams, SMEs, and sales to deliver data-driven solutions and help guide IP/R&D investments.

You will cultivate a growing team of analytics practitioners, coordinate with multidisciplinary staff, and advance environmental data analytics across markets while supporting business development and market engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with related experience.
• Travel may be domestic and international; frequency depends on project duties.
• Equivalent additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist CDM Smith’s Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data applications.
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical design, delivery, and tailored analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams on environmental analytics projects.
• Grow and mentor an environmental data analytics practitioner team within the firm.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver environmental solutions for clients.
• Promote capabilities to clients by identifying conferences and working groups for market visibility.
