Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside field crew during daily operations.
• Organize daily work assignments and keep crew on task.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Operate company trucks, trailers, boats, and application equipment.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with the Project Manager.
• Monitor work quality and protect native plants, wildlife, and natural resources.
