Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Courier to support our environmental testing operations. You'll be responsible for the safe pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and related materials to and from our laboratory, ensuring data integrity and timely service.

The role offers Monday to Friday shifts, starting times around 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., with full-time hours and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and able to maintain required licenses.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies and transportation protocols.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer‑focused work environment aligned with Pace® values.
