Job summary

Valicor Environmental Services LLC in Inkster, MI seeks a TWM Contract Manager to plan, direct, and oversee contracts for lab packs, hazardous waste brokering, and sustainability services. The role provides technical support and reports to the Director of Materials Management from Valicor’s Inkster office.

This full-time position requires 5+ years in environmental compliance, hands-on lab pack experience, and strong MS Office skills. Travel may be required; ISO program support is included.

Qualifications

• Hands on Lab Pack experience.
• 10-Day Haz-Waste Transfer Facility experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in environmental compliance, including a management position.
• Knowledge of RCRA regulations related to waste characterization and TSDFs.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract for lab packs, hazardous waste brokering and sustainability services vendors.
• 10-Day Haz Waste oversight and management.
• Plan and work the market with minimal supervision to meet commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Environmental teams to implement Best Management Practices.
• Negotiate with vendors to create win–win outcomes and manage contracts to meet budgets.
• Stay informed on market, industry, and regulatory issues.
• Support ISO program from the commercial perspective.
