Rad Pros in Texas and New Mexico offers a hybrid Environmental Consultant/Business Development Rep role, combining field environmental consulting with business development in oil & gas. You will build client relationships, conduct site characterization, radiological surveys, and oversee project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BS in environmental science or related field, 1–10 years in sales or consulting, and willingness to travel across West Texas and New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; oil & gas experience preferred.
• 1–10 years in sales and/or environmental consulting; radiochemistry or waste management background valued.
• Willingness to travel across TX, NM and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: grow client relationships in oil & gas (W. TX & S. NM).
• Environmental Consulting: site characterization, radiological surveys, remediation oversight, reporting.
• Data Management: organize/analyze field and lab data; summarize findings clearly.
• Client & Regulator Interface: communicate with clients, labs, regulators, and facilities.
• Project Management: oversee scope, schedule, budget; coordinate team deliverables.
