Job summary

Perdue Foods seeks an Environmental Manager I to drive regulatory compliance and sustainability at a processing site. You will lead air and water quality, waste management, and environmental reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence and advance waste reduction and resource conservation.

Salary ranges from $89,000 to $125,000 per year with annual bonus; benefits include medical, 401(k) with employer match, life and disability insurance, and paid time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Biological Science.
• 6+ years in environmental and sustainability program management.
• Wastewater license to operate large facility.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead air and water quality, waste management, and environmental reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sustainability.
