Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is hiring Ambassadors to support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives. The role involves enforcing regulatory inspections, data reporting, and environmental training across the park. 40-hour work week with varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requires strong physical ability, EHS knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions. Compensation starts at 27.00 USD per hour with benefits including PTO, park tickets, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years EHS related experience or 2 years related college credit or 2 years theme park experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory inspections of the hazardous waste facility and related sites.
• Complete regulatory monthly sampling and reporting.
• Collect environmental data and enter into Excel and other software.
• Conduct park environmental training and assist with EHS projects.
• Participate in EHS inspections to ensure compliance with regulations across departments.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure completion.
• Attend department and EHS-sensitive meetings.
• Assist with management of waste generation and chemical inventories.
• Review process changes for safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
