Qualifications

• Deep understanding of environmental laws, permits, and CCR programs.
• Experience in environmental compliance within power generation, industrial, or utility operations.
• Hands-on experience with CCR, NPDES, air, and waste compliance programs is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a thorough understanding of environmental laws and regulations.
• Support compliance with environmental permits and CCR program requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between plant operations and corporate compliance personnel.
• Recognize and address safety and environmental compliance issues proactively.
• Lead promoting compliance, environmental stewardship, and safety excellence.
• Manage assigned environmental programs and conduct audits.
• Support regional environmental compliance duties as required.
• Provide backup support for compliance specialists and assist in preparing reports.
