Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in environmental compliance or related fields.
• Working knowledge of air quality regulations and programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders on environmental compliance and permitting requirements.
• Partner with teams to ensure compliance is part of execution and planning.
• Identify emerging regulatory risks and translate requirements into actions.
• Architect and refine scalable compliance processes.
• Drive improvement by identifying opportunities for tool development.
• Develop Permit Action Plans to ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain compliance documentation and data integrity across systems.
• Support coordination of Source Testing activities.
• Track and analyze testing results for compliance risks.
• Help develop guidance and training materials for operational teams.
