Mainspring is seeking a highly motivated, business‑minded Environmental Analyst to join our Environmental Permitting & Compliance team. You will be a critical member of Mainspring’s organization, helping ensure our operations remain compliant and scalable as we grow.
In this role, you will own key environmental compliance workflows and data systems, drive continuous improvement through automation and tool development, and serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Sales, Project Delivery, and other cross‑functional stakeholders. You are detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you can combine technical rigor with practical execution.
As a key member of the environmental team, you will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact by helping to shape the environmental infrastructure, processes, and systems that enable safe, compliant, and efficient operations at scale.
$86,000 – $122,000 a year
This position is hybrid or remote. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base salary, Mainspring offers pre‑IPO stock options + benefits.
