Job summary

Seneca Global Services, LLC seeks a full‑time Army Environmental Audit Support Specialist to assist ODASA(ESOH) with documenting, tracking, and improving Army financial data related to Environmental and Disposal Liabilities. You will support audit timelines, maintain documentation in Teams, and develop reports and dashboards for management and program meetings.

The role requires 3–5 years in related audits, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in briefing and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years supporting financial‑statement audit, FIAR/audit remediation, internal controls, or environmental liabilities.
• Experience reviewing assets and documentation to meet audit deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare briefings and reports to Army standards.
• Advanced Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support staff in meeting timelines for audit deliverables and related tasks.
• Maintain current audit documentation and tools in Microsoft Teams.
• Recommend process and documentation improvements based on audit requirements.
• Review assets, key supporting documentation, and system records.
• Support accounting and financial reporting operations and data requests.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and status reports.
• Prepare presentations and briefings for program meetings.
• Contribute to deliverables and training.
• Review work products for accuracy per Army standards (AR 25-50).
