Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership during PM onboarding and transitions.
• Develop and execute transition plans with site documentation.
• Train PMs and staff on procedures, safety, and reporting.
• Assist employees with access to resources, systems, and accounts.
• Identify gaps and implement development plans for performance.
• Coach new PMs with real-time feedback and guidance.
• Support safety programs and compliance initiatives across locations.
• Identify operational and safety risks and propose corrective actions.
• Build relationships with site teams to promote collaboration.
• Conduct site visits to assess operations and document observations.
