The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or natural sciences and 10+ years of environmental experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive change

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or natural sciences (chemistry, biology, etc.).
• 10+ years of relevant environmental experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to lead change and deliver results in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

• Maintain required training and certifications, including Method9, HAZWOPER, stormwater pollution prevention, and related programs.

Reporting to the Environmental Manager, the Environmental Compliance Manager will lead environmental professionals responsible for compliance across the Warrick facility. This role manages programs covering air, water, waste, soil, and groundwater and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
