Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state underground storage tank regulations.
• Experience coordinating inspections, leak detection, and recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with EPA regulations, reporting, and waste management.
• Experience coordinating regulatory inspections and third-party vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Oversee documentation and recordkeeping for UST systems.
• Coordinate UST inspections, testing, monitoring, and certification activities.
• Track regulatory deadlines, permits, inspection schedules, and testing requirements.
• Review ATG alarms and leak detection reports to identify issues.
• Coordinate investigations and resolutions of UST issues and tests.
• Prepare facilities for regulatory inspections and respond to findings.
• Maintain accurate environmental compliance records and testing reports.
• Support waste management, storage, handling, and disposal practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, testing firms, and regulators as needed.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to identify deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Track outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with spill prevention, response planning, and incident reporting.
• Provide environmental compliance training to site managers and staff.
• Prepare compliance status reports for company leadership.
