The JF Petroleum Group is a leading supplier of fueling infrastructure solutions with nationwide reach. We seek an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to oversee the Compliance Inspection Program across the US footprint and to support multiple branches, including Flower Mound, Houston, or Austin.

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental compliance in petroleum facilities.
• Familiar with ServiceMax or equivalent field service software.
• Familiarity with Pass Tools or Titan compliance systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Understanding of environmental regulations governing storage and dispensing systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and utilize compliance management software.
• Review notices of violations and load actions into software.
• Create repair work orders for site action items.
• Monitor dashboards and close items after repairs.
• Schedule inspections monthly, annually and triannually.
• Dispatch workflows and liaise with field staff.
• Train teams on compliance software.
• Collaborate with management, dispatchers, and technicians.
• Keep regulatory data current in databases.
• Meet clients and vendors to maintain relationships.
