Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of environmental compliance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy/chemical environments.
• Strong working knowledge of EPA and state regulations.
• Proven experience managing compliance programs and closing audit findings.
• Hands-on experience with permitting and reporting programs.
• Experience conducting Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Detail-oriented and accountable with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across air, water, waste, and chemical regulations.
• Manage permits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Support project delivery by managing scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination.
