Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute key compliance activities including air permitting (Title V, NSR, NESHAP), stormwater, DMRs, RCRA hazardous waste management, tank management and environmental sampling.
• Collaborate with facility staff, project teams, and regulators to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Develop technical briefings, reports, and memos to communicate program requirements.
