Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in environmental/regulatory programs.
• Experience with Texas environmental regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental regulatory programs at Starbase with compliance to EPA, TCEQ, USFWS, USACE, FAA.
• Track and communicate new environmental regulations and advise on impacts.
• Manage air permitting, emissions calculations, recordkeeping, and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain environmental plans: TPDES, SPCC, P2, and hazardous waste programs.
• Prepare and submit Tier II, TRI, and waste reporting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Launch, and Construction on compliance.
• Develop relationships with regulators at multiple levels.
• Support broader EHS team objectives and audit readiness.
