Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Environmental Engineer, Compliance/Air Programs at the Starbase, TX site. You will work with the environmental lead to maintain chemical inventory and air emissions tracking systems in support of EPCRA and air quality compliance, influencing designs, operational plans, and records through changing production rates and equipment configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience building or operating compliance programs in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with inventory tracking, emissions/activity tracking, or regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own continuous assessments for hazardous chemical inventory tracking across a mass manufacturing site.
• Prepare and submit Tier II and TRI filings; archive calculations and submission packages.
• Improve inventory tracking tools, workflows, and compliance calendars to keep EPCRA data current.
