Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an intern (sophomore level or above) pursuing a four-year degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Environmental Science to start in May or June 2027. The position is based in Goshen, NY or Rochester, NY.

Ideal candidates will have an interest in solid waste management and environmental remediation and will gain exposure to both field and office work, data collection, reporting, and collaboration with engineers and scientists.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering or science discipline.
• Interest in environmental challenges and solutions.
• Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and new perspectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and project data management.
• Compile data for project reports and documentation.
• Support proposal efforts and required fieldwork.
• Perform office duties as needed.
