Tetra Tech is seeking an intern (sophomore level or above) pursuing a four-year degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Environmental Science. The role is based in our Madison, WI office and begins May or June 2027.

The ideal candidate has an interest in solid waste management and environmental remediation, with a collaborative, learning-focused mindset. Under direct supervision, you will perform routine engineering and scientific tasks across various projects,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering or science discipline.
• Interest in solid waste management and/or environmental remediation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine engineering/scientific tasks under direct supervision.
• Collect and compile field data; assist with proposal efforts when directed.
• Document technical data for management review; support environmental remediation projects.
