Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Scientist I to join our environmental testing laboratory's wet chemistry department. You will perform and oversee projects, analyze air, water and soil samples, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry or related field. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement. Full-time, on-site in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods during tests, handle PPE.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support the analysis, administration and oversight of air, water and soil samples using standard chemistry/ biochemistry policies, programs, and practices
• Clean, maintain and calibrate instruments
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation on all laboratory work
