Rhoades McKee is seeking experienced Environmental Attorneys to join its busy Environmental team in West Michigan. The primary roles include representing clients on environmental and natural resources matters under state and federal law, including due diligence, permitting, remediation, and litigation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of environmental law experience in Michigan, along with strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of environmental law experience, preferred, in Michigan.
Independent thinking and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
Enjoys client interaction and is committed to excellent client service.
Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Transactional Real Estate background viewed favorably.

Responsabilités

Represent clients on a broad spectrum of environmental and natural resources matters under state and federal law.
Perform environmental due diligence, site remediation, regulatory compliance, permitting, and related matters.
Litigation, enforcement, and administrative appeals as needed.
Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
