Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Environmental Attorney to join its Pittsburgh, PA team. The role emphasizes air quality permitting and a strong network of clients, delivering high-level legal services while expanding client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a JD, Pennsylvania Bar admission or eligibility to waive, and at least five years in environmental law with a portable book of business.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• PA Bar admission or eligibility to waive in.
• 5+ years environmental law experience, focusing on air quality permitting.
• Established client relationships and portable book of business.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from start to finish, including regulatory compliance and enforcement defense.
• Conduct thorough legal research on federal and state environmental laws.
• Draft and review permit applications, compliance plans, and related documents.
• Leverage existing book of business and develop new client relationships.
• Maintain communications with clients about regulatory changes.
• Represent clients in negotiations and administrative proceedings.
