Trustpoint.one has partnered with a state agency in their search for a team of Environmental Law Attorneys for a potential upcoming project slated to begin in early 2026. This project is expected to be remote and long-term (1+ years) in duration.

The Environmental Law Attorney will be responsible for a broad array of duties that include:

• Strong ability to provide legal advice on environmental matters
• Management of compliance issues
• Provide interpretation of environmental laws and regulations
• Assess potential environmental liabilities and strategic risk mitigation
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, memoranda and briefs
• Oversee all aspects of the firm’s contractual duties including management of associates, interns, law clerks, and paralegals
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards

The qualified Environmental Law Attorney will have the following:

• High level, 5+ years, of expertise in environmental law
• Must be a Member, in good standing, of the New York Bar
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 per week)
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
