Join an established law firm as an Environmental Law Attorney or Associate Attorney. This is a full-time, remote position based in Northeast Ohio, requiring a license to practice law in Ohio and at least 5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties
• Navigate transaction-triggered environmental laws
• Manage environmental risk in contracts
• Utilize environmental insurance policies for risk management
• Address project financing, land use issues, and regulatory compliance
