Job summary

Temple-Health is seeking a part-time Environmental Services worker to support cleanliness and safety at our Philadelphia facility. This role focuses on patient and non-patient areas, including patient rooms, restrooms, and common spaces.

You will follow established policies and procedures, perform janitorial tasks, and maintain a sanitary environment in line with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Keep facility in a clean and sanitary condition following policies and procedures.
• Clean and maintain patient rooms, restrooms and common areas; environmental services as needed.

Schedule: Part-Time

Shift: Rotating

This position keeps the facility in a clean and sanitary condition following established policies and procedures. With a particular emphasis on patient and non-patient units, cleans and maintains patient rooms, restrooms and common areas within the Healthcare facilities. Perform various janitorial/environmental services necessary in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Education

Experience

• 1 year experience in a recent housekeeping or environmental services role Preferred


• 1 year experience in floor maintenance utilizing commercial equipment Preferred
