Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Environmental/Asbestos Project Manager to work on public infrastructureprojects throughout the five boroughs, Long Island, and lower Hudson Valley.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.



Responsibilities

  • On-call contract management and project tracking through close out and invoicing
  • Oversee and implementation of program aimed at supporting asbestos/lead abatement projects
  • Prepare and manage field inspection schedules
  • Review field data for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage design teams and abatement/post-abatement construction teams to meet work order deliverables and timetables
  • Maintain program document control requirements
  • Review contractor payments and change orders
  • Coordinate program activities with various departments and NYC regulatory agencies


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years project management experience
  • Fully licensed with valid US EPA, NYS DOL and NYC DEP Certifications, OSHA 10 Hour and 40 Hour HAZWOPER, and Code Compliance experience
  • Public Housing experience a big+
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong leadership skills

- We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.

- Compensation: Min: $83,200 - Max: 114,400. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in a good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates qualifications and location.
