Job summary

onsemi's East Fishkill 300mm manufacturing site seeks a Facilities Manager to lead environmental operations, regulatory engineering, and waste/warehouse activities. The role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable environmental and infrastructure systems enabling uninterrupted manufacturing.

The candidate will manage a team, drive sustainability initiatives, and coordinate with the corporate sustainability program to meet carbon reduction goals while overseeing utility procurement and permit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities/environmental engineering, high-tech manufacturing, utility operations, or industrial construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge in environmental operations, utilities, or facilities systems.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and environmental engineering programs.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Manage procurement of electricity, natural gas, and water, supporting forecasting and cost optimization.

onsemi's East Fishkill (EFK) 300mm manufacturing site is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead environmental operations, regulatory engineering and waste and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and highly reliable environmental and infrastructure systems that enable uninterrupted manufacturing operations - consistent with onsemi's standards for world-class facilities support.

Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$127,800 to $217,200 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
