Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Our growing manufacturing company is excited to add a new multi-site EHS Manager to our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing training, and working with internal and external partners to promote a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives and improvements
• Develop and update safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate training programs
• Monitor compliance and manage incident reporting
• Support teams with safety guidance
• Collaborate with on-site safety personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, science, engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in safety management
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Professional safety certifications preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestic US
