Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Job Summary

The successful candidate will manage the Company’s Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, fostering safety culture, and leading training, audits, and data analysis to promote safety excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the SQMS in line with standards such as FAA, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, IS-BAH, ATA 103, IATA.
• Promote proactive safety practices.
• Conduct audits and inspections, including site visits (up to 75% travel).
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate emergency responses.
• Design and monitor safety and environmental training programs.
• Analyze safety data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in safety, environmental health, or aviation safety roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Working Conditions

• Operate computers and office equipment.
• Ascend/descend ladders; perform physical activities as needed.
• Travel extensively across the network.
