Job summary

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for an Enviro Service Worker at its Ames office. The role emphasizes service orientation, teamwork, and delivering extraordinary care to our patients daily.

Position is part-time with shifts 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requires PC experience; housekeeping experience is preferred; pre-employment drug screen and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET required.
• PC experience required.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and authorization to drive company vehicles if job assignment requires driving a company vehicle.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.

• Under general supervision, performs daily cleaning to maintain the Clinic in a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition.
• Duties include vacuum, dust, clean restrooms, sterilize buildings and remove waste paper and possible medical waste in offices, exam rooms and/or waiting areas.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. Will need Hepatitis B and TB immunizations (we provide). Will be exposed to common cleaning chemicals.
