Qualifications

• Proficient in Power BI and data analytics, with ability to create insightful visualizations and reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation) and MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead price book administration in the Enverus platform and analyze pricing data.
• Oversee price book lifecycle from creation to revisions, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure negotiated contract pricing is applied to purchases and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to correct errors and gather missing data for price books.
• Support RFx activity, preparing bid documents and analyzing supplier responses.
• Maintain price book procedures, documentation, and audit trails.
• Report pricing compliance and non-conformances; escalate and resolve issues.
