Qualifications

• Construction administration experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide roofing and envelope consulting services to clients.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
• Administer construction contracts on small projects.
