Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering Technology, or Civil Engineering from an accredited school.
• 3-8 years’ experience in design or construction of Roofing and Building Envelope Systems.
• Construction administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides roofing and envelope consulting services to clients.
• Performs forensic field investigations.
• Consults with project teams during design for envelope related issues.
• Inspects work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepares contract documents for building contractors.
