Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an envelope machine adjuster/mechanic for our South Hackensack facility. The role involves setting up the envelope folding machine, solving problems, ensuring quality, and performing preventative maintenance on the equipment.

The candidate should have a strong mechanical background, basic math skills, and the ability to read and write simple instructions. Shift work is required, with a pay range of $17.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with various units.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information one-on-one or in small groups.

Responsibilities

• Changes the machine styles and sizes with minimal downtime.
• Maintains product quality including folding, printing, gumming, latexing.
• Keeps accurate records of repairs and machine changes.
• Participates in lean activities and collaborates with team members.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on machines.
