The Envelope Machine Adjuster role ensures smooth production by setting up and operating large machinery, performing size changes, organizing workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards during a 12-hour

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Review job tickets to determine tools, parts and materials for changes.
• Perform standard and special machine adjustments to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems and repair/replace damaged components.
• Assist in adjuster/operator training and cover for operators as needed.
• Examine, test, and measure product from equipment to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area and proper waste segregation.
