Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machine and equipment for safe and efficient operation, including start-up and parameter adjustments.
• Review job tickets to determine tools, parts, and materials needed for changes.
• Perform standard machine adjustments to meet job specifications and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair or replace damaged machine components and assist in operator training.
• Assist trainees with changes, adjustments, and repairs on production machines.
• Examine and measure product quality from assigned equipment and ensure process controls.
