Restoration 1 of Mt Pocono is looking for a motivated Restoration Technician to assist in responding to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies. You'll work alongside experienced team members to help restore homes while providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will assist in responding to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies. You'll work alongside experienced team members to help restore homes and businesses while delivering exceptional customer service during difficult times.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency property damage situations.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and debris removal.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers.
• Assist with mold remediation and fire damage cleanup.
• Pack, move, and protect customer belongings.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Document work performed using company software and mobile devices.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Participate in on-call emergency response rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
